In 2015, two inspiring teachers from Unguja Ukuu set up a nursery school for children in the village.  The children enjoy games and songs in English which will give them a great start when they transfer for the primary school.  It's already over-subscribed so they've just built another classroom. 

Thank you so much to our young volunteer, Robert who collected the money for some of the building works and Ipswich Orwell Rotary Club that raised funds to install electricity. We're always looking for more volunteers or more financial assistance...
